This privacy policy describes how the operator of theiconfaridabad.in (an authorized channel partner of Bhumika Realty, holding HRERA reg. no. HRERA-PKL-REA-3126-2024) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described below.

1. What we collect

When you fill in an enquiry form we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Stated area of interest (e.g. anchor retail, residence, hospitality)
• Any free-text message you choose to add

We do not collect financial information, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels or session-replay tools by default.

2. How we use it

The information you submit is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email;
• Coordinate a site visit, share floor plans / payment plans, and assist with the booking process for The Icon;
• Forward your enquiry to Bhumika Realty (the developer) where required to complete a booking on your behalf;
• Comply with applicable Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) record-keeping rules, and other Indian laws applicable to real-estate agents.

3. How we store and protect it

Enquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems used by our sales team and our hosting provider. We retain enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up on your enquiry and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations under PMLA / RERA, after which it is deleted.

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell your information. We share enquiry details only with:

• Bhumika Realty (Bhumika Shopping Centre India Pvt. Ltd., the developer of The Icon), if your enquiry leads to a booking or pre-booking, and only to the extent reasonably necessary for the developer to follow up;
• Strictly-necessary technology sub-processors used to deliver the service, listed below, each under their respective data-processing terms;
• Authorities if compelled by law, regulator request, or court order.

The current technology sub-processors used by this website are:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting and edge delivery of the website and its server actions. Vercel processes your IP address and basic HTTP request data to serve pages and form submissions.
• Resend, Inc. (USA) — outbound email delivery. When you submit an enquiry, Resend processes the email body containing your name, phone, optional email and your stated area of interest, to deliver the enquiry to our sales inbox at sales@theiconfaridabad.in.
• Twilio Inc. (USA)— WhatsApp notification delivery to the sales team. When you submit an enquiry, Twilio processes the same fields to deliver a real-time WhatsApp notification to the channel partner's opted-in business phone number.

All three sub-processors are bound by their published data-processing terms, are compliant with standard international data-transfer frameworks, and process your data solely to deliver the service.

5. Cookies, analytics & advertising

This website currently uses only essential first-party cookies needed for the site to function (e.g. session and preference cookies, and a cookie storing your cookie-consent choice itself).

This website does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Ads gtag.js, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or cross-site behavioural-tracking tracker.

If, in the future, an advertising-measurement tracker is added (for example Google Ads conversion measurement to optimize ad spend), this Privacy Policy will be updated before the tracker is enabled, the cookie-consent banner will be expanded to give you a clear Accept / Reject choice, and Google Consent Mode v2 will be configured with default-denied state and ads_data_redaction set to true until you grant consent.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct or delete your enquiry data at any time by writing to sales@theiconfaridabad.in. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
