1. Who operates this website

This site is operated by an individual authorized real-estate agent registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Panchkula, under registration number HRERA-PKL-REA-3126-2024 (issued 21 October 2024, valid till 21.10.2029). The registration is publicly verifiable at haryanarera.gov.in.

2. The relationship with the developer

The operator is empanelled as one of multiple authorized channel partners for the project The Icon (Project RERA HRERA-PKL-FBD-793-2025) by the developer, Bhumika Shopping Centre India Pvt. Ltd.. The empanelment authorizes the operator to market the project at the operator's own cost — including via this website, paid search advertising, social-media marketing and offline outreach — to introduce prospective buyers to the developer.

The operator is not a director, employee, agent in the legal sense, or representative of the developer. The operator does nothold inventory, collect booking amounts on behalf of the developer, or sign sale-deeds. All bookings are made directly with the developer's sales office.

3. How money flows

• The visitor pays nothing to the operator for using this website, submitting an enquiry, taking a site visit, or receiving information about the project. There is no service fee, registration fee, walk-through fee or consultation charge.
• When a visitor introduced through this site books a unit and pays the developer, the developer pays the operator a brokerage commission — typically a small percentage of the booking value, agreed up-front in the channel-partner empanelment agreement.
• If no booking is closed, no commission is paid. The operator bears all the marketing cost and the entire commercial risk.
• The brokerage is paid by the developer, not by the visitor.The visitor is not asked to pay any additional amount over and above the developer's published price as a result of using this channel.

4. What this site is, and what it is not

This site is an information and lead-generation portal operated by an authorized HRERA-registered channel partner to market a specific RERA-registered project to prospective buyers.

This site is not the developer's official website. The developer's official website is bhumikagroup.com. The developer's corporate identity, sanctioned plans, sample agreements, statutory disclosures and other primary-source information are available only at the developer's own website and at the HARERA project listing.

5. Independence of advice

While the operator is compensated only on successful bookings, the operator does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing on this site should be treated as a personalized recommendation to buy or invest. Prospective buyers should consult their own independent advisors and verify all primary-source disclosures at haryanarera.gov.in and at the developer's official website before any commitment.
